jitaaic is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and above. Any individual under 18 years of age is prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on the platform. Age verification is mandatory.
One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jitaaic. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Taka-Only Platform
All transactions on jitaaic are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank accounts. No foreign currency accounts are accepted.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded on jitaaic are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are fully met.
Fair Play & Security
All games on jitaaic use certified Random Number Generators. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, engage in match-fixing, or manipulate game outcomes constitutes a violation and will result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
Terms May Be Updated

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and jitaaic ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the jitaaic website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, live dealer products, and any other features or services made available through the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of jitaaic, including visitors who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders who have completed identity verification, and players who are actively participating in any game or betting market offered by jitaaic.
In addition to these Terms, your use of specific features of jitaaic — including bonuses, tournaments, affiliate programmes, or third-party integrated games — may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to those features. Where additional terms exist, they will be presented to you at the relevant point of use. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any additional feature-specific terms, the additional terms shall prevail with respect to the specific feature in question.
jitaaic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jitaaic following any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
If you are accessing jitaaic on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" throughout these Terms shall apply to both you individually and to the person or entity you represent.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use jitaaic, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person and are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming or sports betting activities.
- You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jitaaic for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on jitaaic or any affiliated platform.
- You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity.
Age Verification
jitaaic takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. Upon registration, and at certain points during your use of the platform (including at the time of your first withdrawal request), you may be required to submit documentation confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
Until age verification is completed to our satisfaction, jitaaic reserves the right to restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. If age verification reveals that you are under 18 years of age, your account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits you have made will be returned to the payment source used, less any amounts already wagered.
Parents and guardians are reminded to take responsibility for ensuring that children in their care do not access jitaaic. We recommend using device-level parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on any shared device.
Geographic Eligibility
jitaaic is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their access complies with applicable local laws. jitaaic accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by jitaaic — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jitaaic. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where jitaaic detects the existence of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (identified by, among other things, matching device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, or personal information), we reserve the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, void any winnings, and retain any deposited funds as a penalty for the breach.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any payment method details linked to your account. jitaaic reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance held in a fraudulently registered account is subject to forfeiture.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaaic login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another person's account without their explicit authorisation.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify jitaaic immediately by contacting our support team at support@jitaaic. jitaaic will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurs prior to such notification.
jitaaic recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account, choose a strong and unique password, and log out of the platform after each session — particularly when using a shared or public device.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your jitaaic account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any positive balance remaining in your account will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to our standard identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures. jitaaic also reserves the right to close any account at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or protection of the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
jitaaic currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date information on supported payment methods is available on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jitaaic is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your jitaaic account balance in real time or within a short processing window. jitaaic does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your jitaaic account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds using a payment account belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited. jitaaic reserves the right to delay or refuse the processing of any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the user's own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal is processed, jitaaic may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your national identity card, passport, and/or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are set out in the Payments section of your account. jitaaic makes reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly, but reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where additional verification is required, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or during periods of high withdrawal volume.
jitaaic reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees from a withdrawal amount where the user has deposited funds and not completed the minimum wagering activity required to cover payment processing costs. Details of any such policy will be communicated clearly at the point of withdrawal.
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a deposit through your payment provider while simultaneously maintaining an active jitaaic account and using funds on the platform constitutes fraudulent conduct. jitaaic reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, void any winnings associated with disputed funds, and recover any amounts subject to a fraudulent chargeback through appropriate legal means.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
jitaaic offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to registered users who have completed the required identity verification steps unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Each promotion will specify the eligible games, markets, minimum bet size, minimum odds, wagering requirements, and expiry date that apply to that bonus.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
- jitaaic reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the fulfilment of any wagering already underway.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse — including matched betting using multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, or any other strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than to participate in genuine recreational play — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
Welcome Bonus
New users who register and make a qualifying first deposit on jitaaic may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the promotions page. The welcome bonus is subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, eligible games, minimum bet odds for sports, and an expiry window within which wagering must be completed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Seasonal and Event Promotions
jitaaic periodically offers promotions tied to major sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), cultural events (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day), and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are only available for the promotional period stated. Past availability of a seasonal promotion does not imply that the same promotion will be offered in any future period.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of jitaaic, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith at all times. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
- Open or operate more than one account on jitaaic.
- Use any automated software, bot, script, or programme to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other users.
- Exploit any software error, system vulnerability, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and must be returned.
- Engage in or facilitate any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any other corrupt practice in connection with sports betting on the platform.
- Conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering or any other financially criminal activity through your jitaaic account.
- Use your jitaaic account to make payments to or receive payments from third parties unrelated to normal platform use.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any component of the jitaaic platform.
- Impersonate jitaaic, any jitaaic employee, or any other user of the platform.
- Transmit, upload, or distribute any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication facility offered by jitaaic.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the jitaaic platform, its servers, databases, or internal systems.
jitaaic employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, jitaaic reserves the right to take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold or void pending and historical winnings; retain deposited funds where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content available on jitaaic — including but not limited to the website design, user interface layouts, graphics, logos, icons, text, game titles, game software, audio and video content, and all other material — is the exclusive property of jitaaic or its licensors (including third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of jitaaic does not grant you any ownership rights or licence in any intellectual property on the platform beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on jitaaic without the prior written consent of jitaaic or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of any jitaaic intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other violations of applicable law.
The jitaaic name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary identifiers of jitaaic. You may not use any of these marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation with jitaaic without our prior written approval.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
jitaaic provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free operation of the platform, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, free from technical errors, or immune from interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitaaic, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access jitaaic.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, cyber attacks, power outages, or any force majeure event.
- Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or market data displayed on the platform due to data feed errors or technical faults, subject to our right to void any bets placed under materially incorrect odds.
- Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account login credentials.
- Any losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of jitaaic.
Nothing in these Terms limits jitaaic's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on jitaaic. jitaaic is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur, and such losses are not recoverable under these Terms or under any other legal basis.
